There are many reasons why we suffer from backaches and pains, pins & needles, headaches, neck pain, sciatica pain and emotional imbalance. Most often it is a combination of many factors, ranging from direct injury or structural imbalance, to bad posture, stress and tension.
I use a combination of treatments that are relevant to each individual, including: Spinal Manipulation -using methods similar to osteopaths and chiropracters, Hand & Foot Reflexology and Movement Therapy.
I also give nutritional advice and by using a series of simple functional tests can find which foods your body may be intolerent or allergic to.
