Why the Gong?
The Gong to us is an amazing instrument of transformation. Anyone who has been submerged in the sound of the Gong will tell you, it is a unique experience... sometimes there are no words to describe this. Many people will tell you it changed or improved their life, sometimes in subtle indescribable ways, other times in very concrete ways. It's powerful sound is able to take you to a place where nothing and everything exists all at the same time, often giving us the feeling of being completely at one with all existence. The Gong also has the power to awaken us to a state of acceptance, viewing everything in this existence as an opportunity to learn and grow. On a physical level, a well played Gong most of the time will activate our parasympathetic nervous system (deep rest), bringing us to such a deep state of relaxation that our internal healing process (cell reproduction) can work without interruption. It stops time for our bodies, thus reducing the effects of ageing. It also helps us release from our consciousness, old stressful experiences which make us physically and emotionally sick. This is a vital process during these accelerated times we are living in. It is like a tonic for a longer, healthier, happier lighter life!!
What is the message of the Gong?
The Gong since ancient times carries a message of Peace, Unity and Wisdom. It has the power to bring people together, spiritualise matter, giving us in our physical form the ability to fully embrace our spiritual nature. We are then able to tap into our innate wisdom, become aware of our Oneness and ability to work together to create a New Paradigm in which inner peace leads to world peace.
Don is not only the teacher but your friend? Your life has change a lot since you meet him?
Don is a dear friend, mentor, father and Grandfather. Of course my life changed very much in the last 15 years... since before my first meeting with Don. I was working in the banking industry, but slowly beginning to incorporate shamanic practices into my life, re-connecting with my true nature and then one day while at the summer gathering in Gaunts House in southern England, with my mother and sister, we heard the Gong. It was so powerful, mystical and amazing that after a Gong Bath we decided to invite Don to Argentina to lead a workshop. Don immediately became part of our family and the Gong opened my eyes to countless new possibilities. As I look back, I realise that the change was so subtle that I don't feel any change at all. But maybe that is because I have simply began to connect with my essence... The same essence which was there all along. Only now I no longer make a living in the shark pool of investment banking. Now I am “living my making” in the world of sound, astrology, yoga... in constant evolution, awake in a dream. This is flow, this is change!
Is this a work or mission?
This is a Working Mission... This is our Darmah, our Seva and our Daily Bread. Each Mission requires dedication and hard work in order to make a difference.

I would say that everything and nothing has changed inside. Beca
use the essence of who each of us is, is here, inside of us. The Gong simply makes us aware of our essential nature and helps us remove the veils of illusion under which this nature is hidden. Sometimes this process can be painful, recognising our structures and beliefs to be an unnecessary prison we create for ourselves, is not easy but can be an extremely rewarding process. If I must answer specifically what has changed, I would say everything and nothing.
What is the message you bring to London?
The same message to anywhere in the world... We are one humanity, so let us come together with Sacred Sound and the Gong, to share each others gifts and celebrate our uniqueness. That we may work together to create a new world without poison on our fields, hearts or minds.
How do you (Tom and Abby) live, as couple, family, something about your place?
The greatest change and point of Gong Magic, I would say for both of us is that through Don and the Gong we found each other. We had both been working with the Gong, bringing the Gong and Gong teachings to many people in many countries along side Don, but in different parts of the world. Knowing of each others work, but only with contact through the Gong, not in person. When Tom accepted my invitation to Argentina in 2011 we finally saw each other for the first time... This was “Gong Magic”... I had died and 'Gong to Heaven'!!! As we started to share our vision and ideas we realised that this was more than just Love, it was True Love with True purpose. Tom talked of creating a space for people to come and be with nature and sound, to free themselves from the structures created by the crippling social systems which exist in the old world. A labour which he had already began on his land in the mountains of southern Poland. I grew up in such a place. With hippie parents, I learned the importance of nature, art, music, creativity, solidarity... working as a community and team for the greater good of all was how my family lived. When we met I was running my family Holistic Therapy Centre in the town of El Bolson, teaching yoga, giving Gong Baths, Sound massage, Gong Workshops and alongside my sister setting up a retreat centre on our land in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Patagonia. Tom was making Gongs, creating music, leading concerts, workshops and retreats all over the world. Taking people on a journey of self exploration and liberation through Himalayan Singing Bowl Massage, Sacred Tone Improvisation, Dance and the Gong. It wasn't long before I was living in Poland with Tom. Our joint vision and individual gifts set us on a journey of the heart and to the heart. Working through our programmes and patterns, learning to merge our uniqueness to be able to share this with others... This is the journey we are on... This is the example we would like to set to our children. On a material level we have created a retreat centre in Porabka, which is open for all to come and experience sound and nature blended into life. Now, together we travel the world offering concerts and workshops, sharing our way of improvising not only with sound but with life and hoping to be able to create a little bit of Gong Magic for each person we meet.
